1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop.

3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include statutory VAT.
In addition to the product prices, shipping costs will be charged, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We primarily deliver to German-speaking countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland .
Delivery time is usually 5 to 15 working days , depending on the product and stock status.
Should any delays occur, we will inform the customer immediately.
6. Payment methods

7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

custom-made products

sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
(For your products – Christmas decorations – no exception is usually necessary.)
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.
Liability for slight negligence in the case of:

minor breaches of duty

indirect damages

lost profit
is out of the question.
11. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
